    As an employee at URS you have the opportunity to take part in our in-house Project Manager (PM) Certification Program to further develop your project management skills. This program is endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). Upon completion of the program your superior project management capabilities will help you develop new ways of managing stakeholder's expectations, complex issues and risks.

    URS has a formal performance review and professional development framework to support your career. This has been designed to encourage ongoing dialogue between you and your manager, to enhance your performance and to guide you toward the next steps in your career at URS.

  • Support for ongoing education

    At URS we believe that ongoing professional development is a key part of working life. We provide study assistance in the form of time and/or financial assistance when that study or professional development is aligned with your current position or career plan.

    You are also entitled to membership with one recognised professional association per annum.

    The URS Young Professionals (YP) Program offers young professionals the opportunity to become outstanding consultants and project managers: the future leaders of URS. The URS YP group is owned, directed and influenced by the young professional population and provides opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally.
